Purpose of the Program:
to help boys and girls of Western Pennsylvania develop into
responsible young adults through positive,developmental training, including educational programming, athletic competition, social and cultural activities and exchanges, and additional support services. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of the youth we serve and to enhance and enrich the quality of their lives.
